Dilip is the Chief Operating Officer on the East-West Seed Managing Board. He joined East-West Seed as General Manager for India in June 2018. 

He has over 27 years' international experience with a proven track record for driving strong company growth in high-paced organizations in both developed and emerging markets. During his career, he has led local and regional business units and P&L responsibility across diverse markets. He has also driven categories and brands globally. 

Dilip focuses on the management of supply chain, production, large-scale change, innovation and strategic initiatives that achieve sustainable outcomes. He has experience across a range of industries-pharmaceuticals, nutrition, medical devices, and now agriculture. Professionally adaptive and culturally inclusive, he has worked and lived in seven countries — India, United States, Canada, Singapore, U.A.E, Bahrain and Thailand.
